Our services
FI Ventures provides website creation, hosting, and managed editing services for small-business operators. The specific scope, pricing, and deliverables of any paid engagement are described at the time of service. Using our services means agreeing to these Terms.
SMS communications
By texting our published numbers (+1 929 255 3756 or +1 888 972 1418), you consent to receive SMS replies from us. Message frequency varies based on your inquiries. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. We do not send promotional or marketing messages without a separate opt-in.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. We will send one confirmation message and no further messages.
- For help, reply HELP or email us.
No guarantee of delivery
SMS delivery depends on your wireless carrier. Neither FI Ventures nor any wireless carrier guarantees successful or timely message delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when asking us to build or edit your website, and not to ask us to publish content that is fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or illegal.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FI Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
