FI Ventures (“we,” “our,” or “us”) describes below what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you contact us by SMS, email, or through our services, we collect:
- Your phone number (for SMS)
- Your email address (for email)
- The content of the messages you send us
- Timestamps and carrier metadata needed to deliver a response
- Basic business information you provide when we build or edit your website (business name, address, hours, services, photos)
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, payment card data, health information, or data from anyone under 18.
How we use it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiries, deliver the services you’ve asked for (website creation, edits, hosting, and related support), and maintain internal records of those interactions. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any secondary purpose.
Information sharing
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information. We do not share consumer opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS content with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No third party will receive consumer opt-in data under any circumstances.
We use a small set of infrastructure vendors (Twilio for SMS delivery, Cloudflare for hosting, Slack for our internal inbox) to operate the service. These vendors process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms and do not receive consumer opt-in data for their own marketing.
SMS messaging
By texting us at +1 929 255 3756 or +1 888 972 1418, you consent to receive SMS replies from us related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies based on your requests. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email us at hello@fi-ventures.com.
Data retention
We retain message content and logs for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to resolve a specific dispute.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request deletion, by emailing hello@fi-ventures.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
